Take your pick from our various package options in your proposal sent straight to your inbox. Once you make your selection, you’ll receive a contract and invoice. After everything is signed and squared away, all that's left is counting down the days until your event!

3. Let’s Make Things Official

Be on the lookout for a special email from us a couple months from your big day. We’ll be outlining the last-minute details to ensure your photo booth experience is all set to your exact specifications. You’ll hear from us once again one week before the event to dot our i’s and cross our t’s.

4. Last Minute Tips & Tricks

We’ll get to know each other through some preliminary emails but don’t worry, this is where the fun begins. We’ll discuss all things party and unpack what our Oh Snap fleet has to offer you and your special event. We’ll iron out the times and additional details to create a custom proposal just for you.

The Process

Event planning can be stressful. Our streamlined process gives you the peace of mind you need to focus on bigger elements surrounding your bash. But don’t worry—when you welcome one of our photo booths to your event, we’ll be with you every step of the way. Here’s what you can expect when we work together, from setup to snapshot.

You’ll receive your gallery 72 hours after your event, and it will be available for 60 days, so be sure to download those images. We’d love to hear any feedback about your experience with Oh Snap. Plus, it'd be wonderful if you could leave us a review!


Your event has finally arrived! All you need to do is enjoy it to the fullest and leave the photo booth to us. Our certified Oh Snap Crew member will be on-site and happy to assist your guests while everyone snaps the night away.


Have questions?

Yes. We require a $500 non-refundable retainer and a signed rental agreement at the time of booking. The remaining amount is due 30 days prior to your event.

Do you require a retainer to book?

We offer a couple of options for indoor events.

Scarlett our indoor only open-air styled booth can go inside and only requires a 10’x10’ level space and a 3 prong 110V outlet nearby(20ft).

We can happily set up Darla inside as long as the venue approves of this. We have to abide by your venue’s restrictions. We can’t block fire exits. Darla needs a door that is 10 feet wide and 10 feet tall so we can safely pull her inside with an SUV.

What if my event is inside?

Yes, Oh Snap Photo Camper is proud to be locally owned, operated and is fully licensed and insured. If your venue is needing proof of insurance for our booths please contact us and we can send it over!

Are you licensed and insured?

We are available for any kind of event!
Corporate events such as grand openings, business anniversaries, golf tournaments, customer appreciations. Heck we will even come out just to hang out with another awesome business!

When you inquire let us know what venue your event is being held at. If you can include contact details of your venue that is great because we can contact them and see if it is possible. There is in some cases we can not drive the trailer over certain areas but that is where our indoor booth Scarlett comes in handy!

How do I know if Darla is allowed at my venue?

This is a loaded question! HAHA. If we are talking kids we can fit a lot! We have found that 6 adults fit best but we have fit 8 Disney princesses plus a couple people in one photo session :).

How many people can fit inside the photo camper?

Possibly! It really depends on your venue and if there is a space that we are able to drive the trailer in with an SUV. 

Can Darla fit indoors?

Darla isn’t shy about her curves, and doesn’t mind us sharing her numbers. At 13’ long and 7.5’ wide she’s the ideal size.

YES! You absolutely can! We have photographers that rent Darla for their mini sessions. If you would like to get more information on that you can head to this link here.

Can I rent Darla on her own? No photo booth?!

Scarlett is designed for indoor use only due to the unpredictable nature of wind and sun. 

Can Scarlett be set up outside?

For the best photos and experience, we need a 10’ by 10’ square. This gives us room for the equipment, back drop and prop table. More room is even better, and if you have less and really want the booth, let us know. We may be able to work with you.

How Much Space does Scarlett Need?

Yes! For the safety of the photo booth and your guests, we have an attendant present & operating our printer photo booths at every event.


Open photo booths are generally how they sound.. Open! Unlike the enclosed photo booths, the open booths come as a more elegant choice, with different varieties of backdrops and easier access to the booth. With an open air photo booth, you’re not limited by available space–you can jam-pack the entire squad into one photo, and no one has to feel left out (FOMO is real).
